Worst office ever, had an appointment at 10 30 and it's past noon, still waiting to be called. Staff is rude and no concern about patients wait time. We are never coming back!!
Do they even prescribe medicen here ????
The Parlier office has the worst service ever, the staff has no ethics, they treat patients with no sympathy.... They definitely have no clue on what Adventist Health's mission statement is. My appointment was cancelled twice...because the doctor was out on vacation and how do they notify me when I'm in the waiting room... If your ill and need to schedule an appointment the earliest is always weeks away .... And when you have an appointment you better be ready to wait hours in the waiting rooms... Yes rooms because you have to go through two waiting rooms before your taken to a room. I'm definitely not going there again....
